Free Home Delivery

  • Free home delivery is provided within Bhagalpur city limits, subject to minimum order value or promotional terms, if applicable.

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused beyond our reasonable control.

Order Confirmation and Cancellation

  • An order is considered confirmed only after acceptance by Sasta Hatiya.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to unavailability of products, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or operational issues.

  • Customers may request cancellation before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
